Hi, I have a problem with blocked account in hotmail.
I wrote to hotmail support an they sent me a procedure to reset my password. I tryed to follow the steps bu when I entered data and submit a form , I got a message : " we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner" and send me a new verification form .
I entered all data that I remeberd , my personal information, everything that I remebered but I didn;t get a positive answer.
I need help ASAP because , it’s VERY important i had that account over 15 years I have many important things there. Please, please HELP. My blocked e mail adress is vecah@hotmail.com.
What should I do to prove that I'm a owner of this account.? I'm using tih e mail many years , on my CV, on my Facebook profile... anybody can check that!
