we are no longer receiving mail from a friend who has a wanadoo address and who has previously sent to us without any problems sending to our @ntlworld addresses. He sends the e-mails but we do not get them. He does not receive any error messages or gets any e-mails returned - they just don't get here. Yes we have both checked our respective junk folders, and looked at the mail boxes online. Other folk are getting through to us as usual. We wondered if Virgin (ntlworld) are blacklisting the wanadoo servers.

From what I can see this has been a recurring problem over the years.

I'd open a ticket with the direct email support to try and get a good answer and the problem resolved :

Simply dial 150 from your Virgin Media Phone. It's free.

Or dial 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.

If you prefer, you can also e-mail Virgin Media, please complete their Complaint Form.
