What are your top 3 pros and cons for AWeber? How would you rate them out of 5 stars?

Do you have any examples of when they went out of their way to provide you a great customer support experience?

I would give them 4 1/2 stars. Hard to give anyone a 5 on anything as there can always be improvements.

I have only used customer service once and they answered my questions in a few minutes I had the solution I was looking for.
