what email client are you using? The answer will vary depending on what software (or web client) you use.

    Re: forwarding e mail

    Hi Ron,

The best way to forward emails to several recipients is to send the email To: yourself and to BCC: the rest of the contacts. As Yukon mentioned the directions vary between mail programs. If you let us know which mail program or free service provider you are using then we can give you more specific instructions.

    Thank you,

    -Raymond

    Hi Ron,

I am not able to make a screen shot for AT&T webmail but here are the general directions.

    • Open the e-mail
    • click forward
    • put your e-mail address in the To: field
    • type the addresses you want to forward the mail to in the BCC: field
    • remove any e-mail addresses in the message body (helps prevent spam to other people)
    • click send
