AOL Mail not updating

Hi Barbara,
Do you mean that you are not getting new emails?
First, try changing your password to help reduce the chance that someone else is accessing your account and deleting your emails.
For example, a spammer that is deleting your inbox along with all the bounce messages being generated from the spam they could be sending from your account.
Also, try sending your AOL account an email from a different service such as Gmail or Yahoo.
Do you get a bounce message with an error? Did you receive the email?
