I have my email text settings defaulted to a particular font, size and colour - which in the main works just great.
But lately when I copy and paste a document into the email body from MS Word it for some reason reformats itself to a completely different set of specs.
I can of course change it back to my preferred options, but it's a real nuisance!
Any idea why this is happening? Didn't used to!
An additional problem I have it that occasionally it also resets the spacing in the document, and there is no way I can alter this in the message pane, is there?
