Hi, my account has been blocked because I was hacked and multiple emails were sent from my account.
Hotmail is now asking me to verify that the account belongs to me, and is guiding me through the stages.
However, the only option I have is to request a code to be sent to my old email address. When I tried to log in to that old email address, it says that the windows live ID cannot be recognized. I am pretty sure that this email address is old and expired. There is no other option in the drop down menu for the recovery code to be sent to.
I've been scouring the internet for answers and nothing is helping.
