I have been without my aol free email for 48 days. I contacted them initially by phone, they told me it had been cancelled but gave no reason. Further phonecalls to them, they said it had been passed to a Special Department whom I wasn't allowed to contact..... they would contact me in a couple...

I have tried everything you advised, have had no help at all from aol, I am desperate!

AOL cancelled my free email 44 days ago with no explanation. I have emailed them every day and phoned .............. no help given! I run my business through this account, I am desperate, can anybody help?

43 days ago aol cancelled my free account with no reason given. I rely totally on this email address. I email them every day...........no help given. Any suggestions?
