will do - but need to do some more testing really. the emails have come through but looks like one took 1 hour, the other took 3 hrs. just sent an email to my scryptmail alias and it took a couple of minutes. Waiting for another to my subdomain alias..... will advise... thanks for your help

did upgrade.... done a couple of quick tests and still cant add same subdomain names. Also - cant receive mail to the alias, and no bounce message. (previously i have had some bounces relating to cannot relay)

Ah, thanks for that. explains why it was difficult to identify :) That's a tricky one.....my initial thoughts in order of preference would be 1) Index number sort (ie add a [numeric?] index field to each filter on which to sort) 2) Manual sort - via the gui interface 3) Modified DateTime 4)...

Is there some sort of default order that the system uses such as the order they are created for example, or is the order different each time? Moving forward I think being able to manually order them would be great, but in the meantime understanding how they work is important to me :-) thanks

Works a treat - created sub domain alias and sent/received email to/from it (i have confirmed steps i took below) thank you :) Add Domain.com setup verification string only in dns waited.....Refresh DNS.....Owner verified enter 'sub.domain.com' in subdomain box click + sign click save...
