On Nov 2 or 3, I suddenly lost approx 3 months of emails. When I signed in on 11/3, I found the newest emails were dated Aug 5. I checked other folders and found that the sent emails were current. I tried the help screen, but ended up in a loop. I received a questionaire, and made a comment...
