I accidentally removed the "outlook.com" icon from my taskbar & now I can't put it back. I managed to get it on the desktop, but it won't drag & drop into the taskbar. any suggestions? I'm running win7 & ie11 browser. thks, slo

no evidence of hacking, yes test messages to myself bounce back to yahoo just fine. keep getting message "having problems connecting to your server" all my settings in pop3 are correct. thanks

outlook.com worked fine for three weeks, then suddenly stopped receiving mail from my yahoo web based account. still able to send, but not receive. was finally able to get it to work after numerous attempts to re-establish a send & receive account. after a few hours it reverted back to send...
