I notice even though I am deleting messages, it still says it is 69% of 5120MB. I don't understand. The trash is empty and it's purged every 2 days also. I am also deleting sent/inbox messages. Any ideas....make it simple!!. Like Step by Step Simple!. Thanks so much.
