Good news guys, it looks like Microsoft stepped it up and has done some work, i just went back and tried it again and i was able to send a report. I did go and just make another e-mail adress, but hopefully i get an e-mail with some good news.

no of those links have worked for me either, i have reset my password but no matter what else i do i still have this https://account.live.com/security/Aci.aspx/A1 then i am sent here https://account.live.com/security/Aci.aspx/A2 I do not have access to that account no longer to get into my other...
