Have you tried using a different browser. eg: Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, to check your email in order to work out if the browser may be having an issue working correctly with your email providers web site?

It is possible you have a setting turned on which adds addresses automatically as you reply to group/bulk emails? If so, all the recipients may be getting added by the system. Send an email to an email address which is definitely NOT in your contacts and see if that address gets added...

What do you mean by 'recycled' ? You closed the account and someone else is using that address ?

You should be able to simply: Open the native "Email" app. Go to 'add an account'. Enter your email address and password associated with the account. The app should do the rest.

What email provider? Seems like an obvious question but did you look in the recycle bin or 'deleted' folder?

What email service do you have, hotmail, yahoo, gmail ??

Is this Windows 8 by any chance? If so, have you tried to print the email from a computer running a different operating system? Can you log into your email with a different browser and try again? Can you forward the email to another, non-outlook.com email address, eg: gmail and try again?

Which email provider do you use?

Just wondering if it's a quirk with the password itself. Have you tried changing it to test if you have the issue with another password? Also, have you considered using Lastpass to remember it so you don't have to?

How do you know replies to your emails are going to a 'hackers' email address? Change all your personal security too, not just the password, ie: secret question, etc. Look for 'forwarding' in your settings. Check that there isn't an unknown forwarding address set which is automatically sending...

Ok, I'm surprised Outgoing is not there but I guess it's possible if you have no other accounts added. Have you tried removing the account altogether and setting it up again? Hotmail is a (mainly) automatic process via iOS so should be pretty simple to do.
