Cheryl, are you not meant to help me! Got sorted through use of abuse email address I found on another thread. However, it was not straightforward and took a number of emails to get them to unblock account. Better communication is needed by Microsoft. Not customer focused.

My hotmail account has been blocked. I have been hacked and someone has taken control of my account. I need access to my emails to obtain travel e-tickets. What do I do? I do not know how to get help from provider. I am in UK.
