Thanks James for all your help. The problem was due to the fact that my Godaddy email accounts were POP3 ONLY and Sparrow Mail only support imap not pop3. I was able to solve the problem by upgrading my godaddy email accounts to imap. Once again, thanks a lot for your help/support. Bob
