how do i block that from the sign on screen.it can be accessed even before i sign on

Are you using both the desktop and webmail versions of AOL?

That message happens when there are emails in your AOL desktop software that are not accessible by the webmail.

If you go into your desktop AOL software you'll be able to find those messages in the "Mail" menu.

Can I access my "Mail waiting to be sent" from Internet Explorer?
