Today I suddenly stopped getting any mail in my inbox, not even the occasional spam. I couldn't figure what was going on. I finally looked in my junk email folder and there was a lot of mail that should have been going to my inbox. I noticed a dialog box on the right side that read "It looks like you're using an ad blocker. To maximize the space in your inbox, sign up for Ad-Free Outlook". Ad-freeOutlook cost $19.95 per year and I don't really want it.
What has happened? I'm using Firefox, I do have "Ad Block Plus" add-on installed, but I've had that on for a couple years, so I don't see how that could be a problem. When I disabled it, closed my browser, came back up, went to another email account and sent myself a test message to hotmail, it went to junk email folder.
