Can't get E mails

My outlook E mail had been hacked so I changed my password last Tuesday. Since then although I can sign into the account, I have not been able to receive any E mails whatsoever. Can you advise me please?

I have not been able to receive or send Emails since Tuesday or so. The server error it gives me is 3219 and the error ID: Ox8DEOOOO5. Please could you help me?

How do you send your email? Are you using Hotmail? Are you using the Windows Live Mail program on your computer?
