yahoo email account

Hi I trying to get into my yahoo account. I have my password and my Id .but when I go to sign it it want to verify my account with my old phone number. That the only option is give me.Because I signing in from a new phone. I try yahoo help sign in that did,nt work .Can someone help me please

Do you still have a session on another device that can be used to turn on 2 step logins? Why is Yahoo asking me to verify my phone number?
