How to enable gmail style conversations in Lotus Notes 8.5

Do you prefer to have the email in your Lotus Notes inbox grouped together in Gmail style conversations?

While displaying your inbox click the Show button and select Conversations

This is great - but how do we get rid of the giant yellow notification sitting over everything all the time that warns 'You are seeing: only latest response for each e-mail Conversation (thread)'? There's a clear button which gets rid of the warning but also the conversation view!

Just found out how to disable the 'you're viewing conversations' notification - go to the top menu, View > Show > Information Bar.

Hi, appologies is my first comment and dont know how to creat one from scratch.
I am using Lotus Notes 9.
I have my email in conversations BUT at the same time I can see each reply individually so at the end I am having each single email with the attached historic....but not really everything togheter under one single topic.
I would reallly appreciate your help

Thanks for the above but how do I complete the same for a group mailbox where the show option only allows you to view unread or selected only.

Alternatively, is there another way to do this?
