I have Cox Cable in Phoenix as my provider and use both Fire Fox and Internet Explorer as browsers. After a recent virus issue ( now resolved ) and a password change at Cox I have lost the task bar on the top of my E-mail page ( Forward, Delete etc. commands ) when I use the Fire Fox browser but everything is fine and as previous when I use Internet Explorer. I have to have both because the IT dept. at my employer allows Internet Explorer only and I sometimes access Cox for e-mails at work. I prefer Fire Fox but can only use it at home, now compromised with this issue. What could have changed; what can I do to correct ? Tom Robertson , tomrob1@cox.net
