Do you mean that you want to remove an email account configured in your Microsoft Outlook?

Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts. If you have an older version it may be Services instead of accounts. Highlight the account you want to delete from Microsoft Outlook and click the Remove button. then click Apply and OK until all of the boxes are closed.

If you really mean you just want to logout you can close the program.
