By clicking to an email address, email prefered client start (in that case outlook).
I need to have a subject and text automatiacally inserted. Is it possible? If yes how?

Does this Microsoft Office addon meet your needs?

Outlook - Autofill / autocomplete the BCC, CC, TO and SUBJECT email fields in Outlook
