Are you trying to decrease the SpamAssassin score of your emails?
It's best to send email in plain text.
If you do choose to send HTML email don't forget to include the text/plain version too.
On a standard SpamAssassin install you'll get penalized 1.7 points for sending an HTML email that is missing the text/plain version.
