Which unix based mail servers do you use?

I spend most of my mail admin time working on qmail mail servers and smtp relays.

I have been also making an effort to install, configure, and tinker with some other options recently too.

Qmail, if I have my choice. I've been forced into looking at sendmail on occasion and I'm happy to report I hate it . . .
