My question is "why is my e-mail not going into my incredimail account?? It worked O.K. until yesterday and today. Otherwise I have to go into the Yahoo e-mail service to find my messages. Mary

Please see our guide for How to troubleshoot sending and receiving e-mail problems with IncrediMail.

If after turning on logging you still have a question please let us know and/or post the entire error log here so we can help you fix the problem.
