Default How to recover an ancient email account

I have tried twice to get the password to the first email address I ever created, not__all__there@hotmail.com. I forgot the password when I switched to an email address that was easier to use, but I named that first address as my recovery email address.

My first request was denied due to lack of information, but as I filled out the form a decade ago (and I was 15 at the time), I may have forgotten a few of the responses I supplied. The second attempt to recover this account was just recently, when Microsoft asked if I still wanted this email to be my recovery email (I do).

Is there any way to gain access to my old account? If I were allowed to speak to an actual human, I am confident I would be able to supply enough information to convince them that it is indeed my old email address.
