Default Re: Hotmail scroll bar

Hello,

To fix the missing folders problem in your Windows Live Hotmail please try the following steps:

  • Click the middle square in the top right of the browser.

Name: Maximize and Restore Web Browser.JPG
Views: 227
Size: 3.2 KB

  • Change the text size on the page, for example, change from largest to medium:

Name: Internet Explorer - Change Text Size.JPG
Views: 225
Size: 20.7 KB

  • Lastly, if both of those actions fail to fix the problem try hitting F11 on your keyboard.
If you have any questions about Windows Live Hotmail please start a new thread in our Windows Live Hotmail Support Forums.
