Hello,
To fix the missing folders problem in your Windows Live Hotmail please try the following steps:
- Click the middle square in the top right of the browser.
- Change the text size on the page, for example, change from largest to medium:
- Lastly, if both of those actions fail to fix the problem try hitting F11 on your keyboard.
