How to hide name identity on sender of an E-mail in Hotmail ?

Hi !

I wish that I could use my normal E-mail account so that I would have the opportunity to choose if I want to block out my name so that only my E-mail address is showing at the other end. Is that possible ?
If not, can I solve this in an other way ?
