Can not attach images and pictures to Hotmail

Hi There,
I Love the hotmail feature of attaching pic's, with the drop down box showing file or photo, the pic's show as thumb nails and you can choose, and just check the box, and attach more than one at a time. However this is not happening anymore, has the feature changed? or have I done something to mess it up? which is highly probable! Now I dont get the drop down box just the folders, I can click on which folder I want and when I open it, it doesnt show the pic's in thumbnails, so I have to name every pic now so I know which ones to attach, and can only attach one at a time, it just seems to take a lot longer now, and I so preferred the other way, as I said chances are high that I have messed it up somehow, as I am quite computer illiterate, I have a tendency to click on things I shouldnt and messing it all up! If you can help me I would really appreciate it.
I also have another little problem, but thought I would tackle one problem at a time.
Thanking You
Regards Em.

Hi Emily,

The Hotmail Team recently disabled this feature due to compatibility problems for some of their members.

In the meantime if you don't like the webmail you can use a mail program on your computer for reading and sending your Hotmail email :

The Windows Live team is constantly reviewing the Hotmail service to ensure features are compatible with leading browser technologies including Internet Explorer. We recently identified a compatibility issue with Windows Live Hotmail involving photo uploads and have taken the short-term step of removing the feature. We are actively working to correct the problem. You can still upload your photos; it just will not be through the photo upload tool at this time.
Note: We have figured out that the photo upload tool does not work on Windows Vista 64 bit. It will be looked into for a future release of Live Hotmail.

Thank You once again Raymond, at least I know it wasnt something I had done! I will have a look at the link. I just got comfortable with that way of attaching pic's, it wont take me long to adjust to the other way of doing it, just lazy I guess!
Thanks Again, and by the way, You Guys do a Fabulous Job :D
