BT Premium Mail

New Email
Hi. I've been pretty stupid and didn't change over to BT Premium Mail. I would now have to pay for email as I'm not a BT broadband customer. I couldn't get into my BT email addresses today so I rang BT to be told that my email addresses have now been deleted and I won't be able to get them back for 90 days! I did think I'd have to pay eventually, but thought BT would give me a last chance to pay and didn't realise they'd delete my email addresses completely! Do you know of any way I can get my email addresses back, as I do use one of them for work? Thanks.

Hello,

Also keep in mind that if/when you get the email address back (someone else might get it first) you old email and addresses books on their servers will likely be gone too.

This is one of the dangers of using free and ISP email accounts.

I recommend registering a domain name for your business and getting a service that supports customers outside the U.S. with great technical support such as LuxSci to host your email service.

That solution will prevent you from having this problem again in the future.
