Cant access my mail!

I cannot access my yahoo mail. I have tried the security questions and my answers are not exact. They cant send me a verification code on my identity because I dont have the same phone #. I call the toll free # and have been on hold for a long time. I work so I dont have that free time to wait on them to answer. What can I do?
