Is this Spam?

I just received an email message supposedly from AT&T saying that i need to upgrade my sbcglobal account (more features, faster, etc) by going to the link provided. If I don't do this I may not have access to my existing emails after July 3. This seems like it could be a phishing email but it looks pretty authentic. Any thoughts?
