Hotmail ID blocked

My Hotmail ID(XXXXX@hotmail.com) is blocked, every time I try to sign in, it says"You haven't signed in from this location currently". The phone no.(land line) which I entered in my profile is not working, likewise the other email (yahoo) in my profile is incorrectly entered so I cant get the text either. I am lost, don't know what to do. please help. Thanks
