Default Track location where hotmail acc was created

Hi there!

Can someone please help.

I am a photographer. And a previous client of mine, has made a FAKE Invoice to bill me for services I did not provide them. Long story short, the clients produced a fraudulent "price match". I declined to do the package.

They then created a FAKE INVOICE and a FAKE HOTMAIL ACCOUNT.
pretending this to be a REAL business who provided them with a service.

I need to find out where the account was created, or at least which area of UK?
can such information be found out?

I have all the account details now, but need to learn where the account was created, as in area, accurate.

Can someone PLEASE help.
