Cant Open Emails on Hotmail -ugggh!

For the last two days I cant open my email, i can log in and see my messages, but cant open them.. at the bottom it says error on page. Last time this happen tech told me to hit full version, its not there now.. I cleared my cookies and did everything and still cant open.. PLEASE HELP
