Help having problems closing a account

hello i need help today when i went to close one of my old accounts i get this message. There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later. i keep trying to see if it would work but it hasnt yet can anyone help me on how to fix this? or if i need to wait for a certain amount of time? it only happens when i go to close my account and i tried doing it on another computer also and i still get the message please help thanks!

I have the same problem when I try to close my hotmail account and the message is "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." but I can't ever close it.

I believe that the problem is the "link". I use firefox and in hotmail options give me the link https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx but it doesn't work.

Try this link Sign In when you are sign in and close the account. When you try to sign in again, you will activate it again.
