Have requested a reset link. they send the link to pwilken@jhbcityparks.com (THIS MAIL DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE) & Jan.Wilken@trensnet.net. We received the rest link and changed the password but still is blocked. Now it is asking me for a access code which I do not have and they say that they will send it to my pwilken a address which does not exist.
