I forgot my alternative account and my hotmail account has been blocked

Hi.. I have a hotmail account that has been blocked and I can unblock my account with a code that send to my alternative account, but I forgot my alternative account password(I have never use this account). Is there other way to unblock my account?

I currently have the same problem with Yahoo.com I cannot log in to my yahoo.com account because they have the comcast.com as my alternative account and that has been closed for a few weeks. I took the chance and opened another yahoo account and have let my friends know my new alternative account. let me know if you figure it out. ok! bigal 1011
