I'm not greatly computer literate, but since Yahoo changed e-mail formats, I cannot open ANY attachments (doc, jpg, etc.) I had no problem opening these attachments before. I use IE and have current Viper. I have cleaned out cookies and passwords, etc. in hopes of solving problem, but problem still exists. 
Also went into Viper and typed the mail site into the "allowed" area
Would very much appreciate any help.
