Some members with Hotmail accounts have reported a problem with their Hotmail account being able to send e-mail to other Hotmail accounts and that Hotmail is aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Is this the problem that you are experiencing? If so, this may be a trouble that you need to wait out. You can get around it by
creating a free gmail account and sending e-mail replies to your Hotmail contacts from the Gmail account.
