Unhappy Hotmail Sign In?
Why can't I access/sign in to Hotmail this morning. Appears to be down for over an hour. What's Up?

I cannot sign in to Hotmail this morning, Dec 1. It appears to be out of commission. I don't think it is my computer because I can get on to other sites. What's up? Will I be out of hotmail e-mail for any length of time?

Hi Janet,

As of Monday morning at 10:00am EST I am not having a problem logging into Hotmail.

Does Hotmail work if you login at https://login.live.com ?

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps for fixing Hotmail login problems.
