Blocked hotmail and alternative email not active

My hotmail is blocked and my alternative email is not active and hasn't been for 10 yrs, I need help bad .. I been trying allday to get in there. I have job requests, my moms flight info etc. this is imporant, any other day I wouldn't be this nuts but today I need my email!! Please someone just tell me how to get my email open again.

See if the company has a telephone number, I found out that my Email company has one. Try it, Good luck
