Hotmail Temporarily Blocked

My Hotmail account has been temporarily blocked. I changed my password and still blocked. I cannot get phone code. Help.

Hotmail account blocked as hacker sent spam to my contact list and that is why it has been blocked and i need to get it back because its my official email account ....if you can help me on this

is there any solution?im loosing most contacts and facebook!!
since im from malta i cant get a valid code to reset my accout!

Unblocked now. Yeah! You have to go to Windows Live Support, create a private discussion forum and answer security questions. They will give you a code to check on your discussion thread but it will unblock your account in 24-48 hours. Try it. Worked for me.
