cannot open email

I am unable to read my email, I can see it but I cannot read it please help

If you are using a webmail service such as Hotmail have you tried to clear your browser cache?

If you are trying to check an att.net e-mail address that has been disabled try contacting AT&T Customer Service to have it reactivated.
