cannot open email

Please answer the following questions and provide as much detail as possible.

  • Which e-mail service or e-mail program you are using?
  • The steps you took before arriving at the problem.
  • Are you able to reproduce the problem?
  • Have you recently made any changes to your computer?
If you are using a webmail service such as Hotmail have you tried to clear your browser cache?

The e-mail notification to your e-mail address bounced.

If you are trying to check an att.net e-mail address that has been disabled try contacting AT&T Customer Service to have it reactivated.
