problem with incredimail 2

I use incredimail 2 and have problems sending messages, messages are hanging up in the out box. I have occisionally been able to move messages to the draft box re-open message and successfully send, not always. when checking status of outgoing mail, indictes mail being sent and then failure, does not drop mesage just hangup in the out box.

If someone can tell me how I will send send recive log.

Hi Joe,

Do you have a virus scanner checking your emails and timing out when you send them?

Try increasing the sending timeout in Incredimail or disabling your anti-virus for a couple minutes to see if that is the source of the problem.

Don't forget to turn your virus scanner back on after the test!
