changing e-mail accounts from aol to road runner

I recently changed my internet provider from aol to road runner but neither my wife or myself can receive ,read or send e-mails. How can this be changed?

If the problem is with the email address you used to register, the @rr.com that you used to register does not exist.

Is it possible that you are missing the market name in your email address and settings, for example should it be at @rochester.rr.com ?

outgoing mail server: smtp-server.twcny.rr.com
