Hello,I have been trying to solve this problem for a few weeks now and I have tried everything I can and I still have had no luck..
I have been trying to send and receive e-mails from my girlfriend in Ukraine and I cant receive hers and she cannot receive mine..she uses mail@ru and I made an account and got my own mail @ ru address I thought this would solve the problem...I received email from her but when I replied to her email she never gets it....i have not gotten a message saying that my e-mail was undeliverable but she never gets them...I first started with my main account which was a gmail account...I sent her a picture of my email address through a message board on another site...she sent me many emails bit I never got them...finally one came and I was able to reply to her exact email address but she never received my reply....thats why i created my own mail@ru account thinking that If I used her same carrier it would solve our problems...it didn't. I have no filters and I dont use pop....any help would be most appreciated.
